Pricing

Three plans. Built around what credentials actually cost.

Permanent decentralised storage and public-blockchain anchoring on every paid plan. Pricing reflects credential volume, integration scope, and support level.

We don't publish prices because every deployment is a real conversation — your issuance volume, your standards posture, your regional requirements, your support needs. We'd rather quote you accurately in writing than make you reverse-engineer a tier.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions about pricing.

Why don't you publish prices?

Two reasons. First, every deployment is genuinely different — issuance volume, integration scope, regional residency, support level, contract length all change the number meaningfully. Publishing a single figure would mean either over-quoting most prospects or under-quoting the rest. Second, blockchain anchoring and permanent storage carry real per-credential costs we pay at issuance time, and we'd rather price each engagement to those costs honestly than work backwards from a marketing number.

How is pricing structured?

Each plan combines a base subscription with credential volume tiers. Beyond the included monthly volume, additional credentials are billed per-credential at rates we'll quote you. Enterprise contracts are bespoke.

What happens to my credentials if I cancel?

They keep working forever. That's the entire point of the architecture. Cancellation only stops new issuance — every credential you ever issued remains permanently verifiable on the public blockchain and the decentralised storage network.

Do I pay for storage forever?

No. Permanent storage is one-shot — we pay the storage network at issuance time, on your behalf, and the data is archived indefinitely with no recurring storage bill.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are handled mid-contract under the standard subscription terms — talk to your account contact.

Do you charge per credential?

Each tier includes a monthly credential allowance. Beyond that, additional credentials are billed per-credential. Enterprise plans are custom.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup fees apply for Enterprise deployments where we provision dedicated infrastructure, custom integrations, or migration from another platform. Starter and Professional onboarding is included in the subscription.

Can we run a paid pilot before committing to an annual contract?

Yes. Talk to us. Pilot programmes are how most of our customer conversations begin.

What if I'm a government or large institution and need a custom contract?

Talk to us. Enterprise procurement, multi-region data residency, dedicated infrastructure, and custom SLAs are all available. Contact sales
