After purchase, our customer success team contacts you within 1 business day to begin onboarding. Billing starts after activation, not immediately on purchase. Typical onboarding takes 1-3 business days, depending on your team's pace setting up DID:web and identity integration.

Credentials beyond your included annual quantity are billed automatically through Microsoft at the per-credential overage rate for your plan:
Example: An Institution customer issuing 3,000 credentials in a year would pay $8,000 for the annual plan (covering 2,500 included credentials) plus $1,000 for the 500 overage credentials ($2.00 × 500). Total annual cost: $9,000.
You will receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your included quantity so you can plan ahead.
After our customer success team completes your onboarding and activates your subscription — typically 1-3 business days after purchase. You won't be charged for inactive time.
Yes. Contact your account team. Your new plan's included credential quantity applies from the upgrade date forward. We'll pro-rate the difference.

Yes. Perpetual is MACC-eligible (Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment). Customers with an active MACC agreement with Microsoft can apply their commitment toward Perpetual subscriptions purchased through Microsoft Commercial Marketplace. Each plan includes an annual subscription with a set number of credentials per year. Beyond the included quantity, additional credentials are billed per-credential at the overage rate shown for each plan.

They keep working forever. That's the entire point of the architecture. Cancellation only stops new issuance — every credential you ever issued remains permanently verifiable on the public blockchain and the decentralized storage network.
No. Permanent storage is one-shot — we pay the Arweave storage network at issuance time, on your behalf, and the data is archived indefinitely with no recurring storage bill.

The Sovereign plan is designed for government and national bodies — 45,000 credentials/year with the lowest per-credential overage rate. For custom procurement, multi-region data residency, or dedicated infrastructure requirements, contact our sales team.
